This Kaiser frame is fun to alter! Get some matching patterned papers and embellishments and I was inspired to begin. This frame is a gift to my girlfriend and she has a choice to hang or simply display it. Kaiser wooden frames are great to alter with a personal touch for yourself or as a gift.

Merry Christmas!

Hello there everyone,

What a merry time to get gifts, and what more than gifts from the heart, and especially when
it is for dearest mommy!

Here, I would like to share with you the Altered Kaisercraft Dress Form Chipboard Project.

This is a gift for my mom who loves Audrey Hepburn. Thus I have chose to make a vintage
dressform using old storybook papers, which I lace punched at the bottom. I painted the
Kaisercraft dressform chipboard with white acrylic paint. Using the Webster’s Pages
” All About Me” paper, I did up the top of the dress, and a big hat cutout from Webster’s
Pages Western Romance paper. I attached a lil journal card cd box holder at the back of the
dressform for writing my love note for mom and finally glam up the project by embellishing
it with lots of pretty embellishments using Prima Flowers, Glitz stickers, Webster’s Pages
flowers, pin and vintage cameos. The vintage Audrey Hepburn brooch and the pearl brooch
are my mom’s ;)
Happy creating yours, make it pretty and bring a smile to yourself and your mom !!
love

The box is from Kaiser Kraft wooden range. It was supposed to be a tissue box holder!
(Heehee!) I thought that a gift for a little boy should be fun and interest them. So I choose
Fancy Pant’s “To The Moon” range of papers and rocket embellishments and made the
tissue box into a rocket base! The flaps aound the 4 sides of the box can be opened and
photos of the little boy can be put in there. There are magnets holding the flaps closed.
Enjoy! You can view the actual product at Laines Papeterie.

I had to design a christmas gift for a guy. I altered Kaiser Craft’s 10″ wooden frame by
creating a collage on the background using 7Gypsies Frames Collage Tissues and
Tim Holtz’s Idea-ology Journeyman Tissue Tape. The main idea was to alter the frame
with minimal colours; mainly black & white. Other embellishments like PPs, tags and
chipboards were added to complete the frame.

I created this sweet tissue box holder as a Christmas present for little girls of all ages. I began
by painting Kaisercraft’s wooden box white, then created four different collage panels on each
side of the box using Lily Bee’s pretty Head Over Heels collection. A touch of lace, muslin,
Prima flowers and leaves, some butterflies and a string of pearls complete this lovely gift.
