With free local shipping for purchases above $60. Shipping fees do apply for shipping outside of Singapore.
What are the delivery charges?
Your shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order.
On occasions where free shipping applies, shipping charges will be waived upon checkout.
What is the delivery lead time for local deliveries?
All orders requires 1-2 days to be processed and will delivered within 3-5 days subject to updates from 3rd party delivery.
What if no one is around to accept the package?
If there is a delivery attempt and no one is around to receive the parcel, the delivery company will leave a notification via a note or an sms. Please contact the company for re-delivery. Additional redelivery charges will apply from third re-delivery attempt.
What is your return and refunds policy?
We take extreme care in ensuring that every item packed into each shipping box is in good condition before delivery. Sale of kits and products from our website are final and are non-returnable nor refundable.
